Please join us in congratulating Becky Kirk of the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department on receiving the Jill & Robbin White Lifetime Achievement Award! 🌟

With more than 34 years in aquatics, Becky has dedicated her career to advancing water safety, lifeguard training, and aquatic leadership. For the past 24 years, she has led the Phoenix Aquatics team, overseeing 24 outdoor facilities, 650 lifeguards, and a dedicated management staff.

Becky is a co-founder of the lifeguard video library website, LifeguardsLoveYouTube.com, and established and continues to coordinate the annual Arizona Aquatics Seminar for aquatic professionals and part-time staff throughout the state.

In 2012, Becky and her team established the Mystery Shopper program to audit lifeguard skills and team emergency response in Phoenix. The program was highlighted in Aquatics International magazine and has since been implemented throughout the country. She has also shared her expertise at conferences and symposiums across the U.S. and internationally.

Her contributions have earned her numerous honors, including the 2017 Leisure Institute of Western Australia Aquatics Contributions to Water Safety Award and recognition on the 2022 Aquatics International Power List.

It’s an honor to have Becky as part of the StarGuard ELITE family. Join us in celebrating this well-deserved achievement!
