Talent gets you noticed. It’s not what keeps you there.
Every athlete, executive, and high performer we work with has talent — that was never the question. The question is what happens after talent gets you in the room. Does it hold up under pressure? Does it last when energy dips, when the season gets long, when the role gets harder?
That’s where the G3DG High Performance Progression comes in. It’s the framework behind every program we build:
🔺 TALENT — the strengths and craft that form the foundation of results. This is where most people start and, unfortunately, where most people stop.
🔺 BODY — the energy, health, and habits that keep performance consistent. Talent without a body that can sustain it burns out fast.
🔺 MINDSET — the vision, resilience, and focus that unlock full potential. This is the layer that turns a talented, sustainable performer into an elite one.
Most people build one layer and call it enough. The ones who separate themselves — on the field, in the boardroom, in life — build all three. And that progression isn’t luck. It’s coachable.
That’s the work we do at G3 Development Group: helping high performance executives and athletes build the full progression, not just the first layer.

The G360° total student athlete program
Emerge coaches the whole person, not just the player. School, sport, and home life are not separate boxes — they are one connected system, and each one constantly affects the others. A rough week in the classroom shows up on the field. Pressure in competition follows the athlete home. Tension or change at home affects both school and sport. Most programs coach a single slice — the game — and miss the forces that actually drive (or sabotage) performance.
Emerge deliberately covers every facet. We work with the athlete across academics, athletics, and home life, and we bring parents and coaches into the process so the people around the athlete reinforce the same language and goals. The result is development that holds up everywhere — because we address the whole system, not one corner of it.

People join a wish-granting mission because the vision is magnetic. They leave because of the fatigue.
That's the paradox we don't talk about enough: the deep empathy that makes someone a remarkable wish granter is the same thing that quietly wears them down.
It's called compassion fatigue — and in mission-driven organizations, it often hides in plain sight, because admitting you're depleted can feel like betraying the cause.
The encouraging part? Resilience is a learned competency. With a strengths-based approach — knowing how each person is wired to care, and how a team's strengths fit together — organizations can protect the people who make wishes happen, and strengthen their Return On Wish Investment (ROWI) in the process.
A depleted team and a thriving one can grant the same wish. They don't produce the same story.
Swipe through the carousel, and if it resonates, share it with a wish-granting leader who needs to hear it. 💚
They join for the mission. They leave because of the fatigue. 💚
Wish-granting runs on empathy — and that's exactly what can wear people down. Compassion fatigue is the quiet cost of caring deeply, again and again, without a way to replenish.
The fix isn't caring less. It's building resilience — and a strengths-based approach (knowing how each person is wired to care, and how a team's strengths fit together) is one of the most effective ways to do it.
It's also what protects your ROWI — Return On Wish Investment. A depleted team and a thriving one can grant the same wish. They don't produce the same story.

Most boards are built for compliance. Not performance.
You have directors with impressive credentials, deep networks, and decades of experience.
But credentials don't tell you who should lead the hard conversation in the audit committee. They don't tell you why the same two voices dominate every vote. They don't explain why your board's conversations feel disconnected from the organization's actual strategy.
We built Building a Strong Board to close that gap.
It's a strengths-based development experience — built on Gallup's CliftonStrengths® assessment and G3's proven methodology — that gives your board a shared map of how it's wired to perform, where it thrives, and where it's structurally at risk.
One focused session. Lasting change in how your board operates together.
Available in live virtual and in-person formats for boards of up to 20.
If your board is ready to move from technically qualified to genuinely high-performing, let's talk.

As a thought leader on the Forbes Coaches Council, my latest article pulls the cover off of what made a 2024 Selling Power Top 25 Sales Consultant and is the cornerstone of our work.
Our process of assessing the strengths of a sales organization, or any other department, in order to understand how to effectively manage, develop, motivate, and engage the team has lead to, on average, a 38% revenue increase, 5X higher engagement, and reduce turnover by 1/2.
I also touch on the integration of in the hiring process that allows you to predict how much someone can sell of your products with as much as 80% accuracy, pre-hire 🤯.

We can’t win them all, even though after 5 years of coaching and and winning multiple World Championships, National Championships, and National Titles every year, we expect and train to win every big race. It just wasn’t in the cards this past weekend, though I am super proud of these two for representing by never giving up, racing hard, and literally going down with the ship when it was easy to back off and give up. This is what champions do.
McKenzie came off of a broken shoulder to end last year, with a National Title a few months ago, and a World Cup win a few weeks ago, she fought hard to come back on form for the Worlds and got herself in the main and ended with World #8. I know she’s not pleased with that, but 95% of her competitors would be stoked with it and I am also!
Sean’s won over 90% (or more) of every race he’s entered for as long as I’ve watched him so the expectation is to win as well. No plan B’s. After ripping through qualifications, a little bump going into the pro set of jumps didn’t set him up with enough speed for the turn 2 gap jump and he had a jaw dropping crash. In all honesty, he probably should have braked and checked up, but that’s not how he’s wired. Thank God he wasn’t seriously injured, somehow💪🏼. The World Championship three peat is elusive for a reason.
As usual, win or lose, we will make sense out of the experience and will continue to build. Because we win or lose together, our work is just getting restarted.
They’ll both be back better than ever!
