Attackers are using Teams chats and calls to impersonate IT support, convince employees to grant remote access, and ultimately deploy ransomware.

It’s a good reminder that phishing isn’t just happening in your inbox anymore.

Before granting access or following an unexpected IT request: stop, verify, then act.
