I recently took a trip with friends to Highline Haus right outside of Denver and had THE most amazing time…

From the pool room that opens right out to the hot tub, to the game room and movie theater downstairs, this house was the perfect home base for all 8 of us. Couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be staying again ⭐️🙌🏼

It’s super easy to just remember the wins and major accomplishments without realizing all the setbacks and losses it took to get there. Yes, I won the 2025 World Championships… BUT people forget that just a year earlier, I missed the final dismount on Stage 2 and reinjured my already very messed up ankle.

The entire year in between was spent training to come back stronger, and a huge part of that process was cross-training and workouts designed specifically around what my body needed in order to perform at its best again.

My goal with coaching through is to help real athletes with REAL goals see progress in their training and competing. This isn’t just another trendy workout routine or a bunch of random exercises copied and pasted to everyone. Every plan is personalized specifically to YOU. Your goals, your schedule, your upcoming competitions, and the areas that you want to improve. It doesn’t matter your age, where you live, what gym you train at, or even if you only have time to work out once or twice a week.
