Golf a Hole With Us: Hole 6
We’re taking on Spring Brook’s signature hole! Hole 6 is a dogleg right that gives big hitters the chance to get aggressive and cut the corner.
A natural area hazard runs the length of the hole, so one risky shot can quickly turn into a tough one. For a little more forgiveness, a fairway wood or long iron played to the left center of the fairway is the way to go.
From there, a short iron into the green can leave you putting for birdie... and maybe a complimentary beverage!
Just don’t get too confident on the green. This is the most undulated green on the course, so a two-putt is nothing to feel bad about!

Golf a Hole With Us: Hole 5
Time for our first par 3 of the day! Hole 5 may be short, but don’t let the distance fool you. This one demands a precise shot.
Grab a short iron and aim for the right side of the ridge, especially when the pin is tucked there. The green features a ridge down the center, and getting on the same side as the pin can save you some valuable strokes.
The front of the green is heavily guarded by a bunker on the left and Buzz’s Beach on the right, making accuracy off the tee a must. Flying your ball all the way to the green is almost mandatory, but don’t get too aggressive.

Thank you to everyone who golfed, joined us for dinner, participated in the raffles, and made donations. Your support helped make this year’s event a great one, and together we were able to donate $3,273.85 to the American Cancer Society.
We’re so grateful for everyone who continues to show up and support this event year after year. We couldn’t do it without you!

Golf a Hole With Us: Hole 4
We’re heading to our first par 5 at Spring Brook Golf Course! Hole 4 is a dogleg right and the longest hole on the course, making it a fun challenge from the start.
With trees and lateral hazards running the length of the hole, there’s plenty to navigate along the way. The green is one of the larger ones on the course and is protected by a front-center bunker, giving you plenty of room to work with, but the right angle can make all the difference.

Fall Open Golf League is back!
Ready to keep the golf going into fall? Our Fall Open Golf League kicks off next Tuesday, September 8, with tee times beginning after 2 PM and weekday twilight rates.
Play when you can, if you want! With no weekly commitment, you can jump in when it works for you while enjoying weekly contests, including $5 net skins, individual high score, and proximity awards. Handicaps are applied, so everyone can join in on the fun!
Grab your clubs, bring your game, and make the most of fall on the course.
