✨ A Quick Reminder About Late Arrivals ✨

We completely understand that things happen, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals for piercing appointments.

When a client arrives late, it doesn’t simply affect that one appointment. It can cause our piercers to fall behind for the rest of the day, impacting every client who has an appointment afterward. Our staff should never have to rush someone’s service, shorten the time they deserve, or stay after hours to make up for time lost earlier in the day.

We want every client to receive the time, attention, and care they deserve. Our piercers also need the time to work thoughtfully and at the pace they feel is appropriate for providing a safe and quality piercing experience.

Please also understand that being rude or disrespectful to our staff regarding a late arrival is not acceptable and will not change the situation. If our piercers are fully booked, we cannot simply create additional time in the schedule.

Our policies are clearly outlined on our website and included in the appointment reminders you receive. These policies aren’t designed to make your experience difficult — they’re in place to protect your appointment, our staff, and the clients scheduled after you.

Please plan accordingly, arrive on time, and most importantly, treat our staff with the same respect and kindness we strive to give every one of you. 🖤

Most of our staff will be attending Tommy's Tattoo Convention in a few weeks and we hope to see a lot of our customers there. It’s a great time at the casino. Tons of things to see and do. Vendors, sideshows, bands, etc.

Nick Cabana will be there tackling larger projects for the contests. If you’ve wanted a large tattoo from Nick, email him now and see what he has for time.
Amy Heath, Jakki Hicks, and Eddy Carrasquillo will be there and have time left. If you want to be tattooed at the show by us please message them now before all the times fill.
Jay and Áine Murray will be there holding down our booth for all your piercing and jewelry needs.
