A lot of my process happens before I ever hit post or step in front of a classroom.
I don’t want to give you more information. I want to give you information you can actually use. That distinction matters to me.
And today’s completely unrelated question:
Do you read the instructions first or figure it out as you go?
I don’t think we need fewer boundaries.
But I do wonder if, while learning how to protect our space, we’ve forgotten how to show up in each other’s spaces.
I’m curious where you land on this.

There is nothing wrong with you. You are healing, growing, and transforming. Give yourself grace.
Life is a journey filled with ups and downs, and growth often comes with discomfort. It’s easy to be hard on yourself, to feel like you should be “further along” or “doing better.” But the truth is, every step you take—no matter how small—is part of your transformation. Healing isn’t linear, and growth isn’t always visible.
Be kind to yourself. Embrace the process. Trust that every challenge is shaping you into the person you are meant to become. You are enough, just as you are.
