The Mass of the Holy Spirit traces its roots back to a Catholic tradition that began in the Middle Ages.

At the beginning of each academic year, our community gathers in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit to celebrate and bless the start of a new year together.

Together, we pray for our students, faculty, staff, and the entire Assumption community as we begin another year of learning, growth, and friendship 💙🐾

We Will Never Forget.

At 8 a.m. this morning, our community will gather at the 9/11 memorial garden outside of the Chapel of the Holy Spirit to remember Thomas Linehan ’84 and the thousands of others who tragically lost their lives 25 years ago on September 11, 2001. We will also honor the courage of Rob Gibbons ’90 (NYPD), Brian Johnston ’90, P’25, ’26, ’29 (FDNY), and the countless others who responded in aid when our nation needed it most.

The Hounds are headed for Thursday Night Football 🏈👀

On Oct. 22, Assumption Football takes on Saint Anselm at 6 p.m., with the game airing nationally on the FloCollege channel on Amazon Prime Video—just ahead of the New England Patriots’ Thursday Night Football matchup against the Chicago Bears.
