Meet Office Dog KONG 💘
The newest member of the Berlin Insurance Group team... and somehow already the biggest. At just 5 months old, this English Mastiff is stealing hearts (and most of the office floor space).

His qualifications include:
• Weighing more than our printer.
• Collecting any and all loose items in the office as his own.
• Growing approximately 12 inches every week (or so it seems)

The gentle giant keeping the office smiling.

They put together an amazing grazing table for our team, featuring a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, crackers, and more. It was such a great way to bring everyone together!

Account Manager | Worcester, MA |

You’ll be joining our Account Management team and being the first point of contact for all new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound phone calls, emails and texts regarding policies.
• Provide clients with policy details.
• Assist with policy changes, inspections, and cancellations.
• Respond to billing inquiries.
• Process client payments and follow up on pending payments.
• Document all transactions in our internal client database.

• Prior insurance experience is preferred but NOT required.
