🐾✨ MEET GINGER — OUR BRAND NEW PET OF THE WEEK! ✨🐾

If you’ve been waiting for a sweet senior girl to steal your heart… HELLO, GINGER! 💕🐶

Ginger is a 10-year-old, 80-pound Labrador Retriever who is ready to trade shelter life for a soft bed, some sunshine, and a family to call her own. 🏡❤️

This girl is the definition of sweet, social, and snack-motivated! She loves meeting new people, soaking up attention from our staff and volunteers, and going for leisurely strolls. And if you happen to have a treat in your hand? Well… Ginger would like to be your new best friend.

Ginger has lived with children and, according to her previous family, has enjoyed the company of calm dogs. She came to WARL after her family moved out of the country and sadly couldn’t take her with them. 💔 Through absolutely no fault of her own, Ginger is looking for her next chapter.

She is currently being treated for an eye and ear infection, but that hasn’t stopped this girl from being her charming, lovable self. ❤️

We have a feeling this sweet senior is going to have everyone asking the same question…

“How is this girl STILL waiting for her forever home?!” 🥹🐾
