And that's a wrap for Pride Market and 's Thicknic! Thank you to Cold Moon Arts for having us ❤️ We had a lovely time giving folks clack fans to decorate so they could beat the heat today! The vibes were very relaxed, the music was lovely, and it was a delight to see what all our creative vendors brought in.

And thank you to Thicket Worcester; our members had a fantastic time tabling there. The sun was a little intense in the beginning, but once the breeze and clouds kicked in it was a delightful time talking to folks. We greatly appreciate y'all for making such safe spaces to be in, and getting to engage in clothing exchanges!

And a final thank you to all of our dedicated Technocopia volunteer community, including the folks who helped us attend 2 craft fairs in one day 💖 It means so much building up networks of support to work to uplift each other. Y'all put in so much work to bringing creativity to Worcester and I am so grateful.

Bring in your broken belongings on June 20th from 4-7PM for Technocopia volunteers to repair at our first public repair cafe!

If you would like things repaired, swing on by and we'll set you up with the repair volunteer who has the skills needed to fix your belongings. For some repairs that require more time or specific parts, we'll still try to provide advice on next steps and refer you to what parts you might need to get to fix it

Even if you're not sure that we can help you fix an item that is niche or weird, please bring it anyway! Everyone has very cool skillsets, and even if we don't have someone who directly knows how to help, it's very possible that we either have a contact you can bring the items to or we can crowdsource research to either fix it together or fix it in the future!

Attn Technocopia Woodworkers! A local sawmill is bringing a truckload of lumber for sale during Shop Day this month.

will be here with a big 'ol box truck full of domestic lumber and slabs! It's like an ice-cream truck... But for Wood! (a nifty little jingle may or may not be included)

We have a Shop Day on the last Saturday of every month where our community helps clean up and build projects for the shops, plus It's a swell time to hang out with the community! We'll provide the pizza if you’ll hunt the dustbunnies!

Very funny, Joe.

With the coming of warm weather, our member and "unofficial quartermaster" has shipped off to spend the summer building a new home in rural Maine. But before he left, he packed up his bay in the most way possible. Guess we'll have to buy our own 5mm ball bearings and stick-on googly eyes until then.

Thank you to our Lathe Shop Tech and Instructor Jonathan! We greatly appreciate all the community members who keep the shops running and Jonathan has been doing an awesome job with both maintenance and training for our wood lathes. On top of that he's an amazingly helpful guy whenever folks have lathe or woodshop questions!
