The Worcester Arts Council (WAC) is a council whose nine members are appointed by the City Manager of Worcester for three-year terms. WAC receives an annual appropriation of state funds from the Massachusetts Cultural Council and makes these funds available to the community through competitive grant programs. Come celebrate the 2026 Worcester Arts Council grantees on Monday June 29th at the Worcester Art Museum Worcester Art Museum 5–8pm.
Connect with fellow artists, organizers, and community members while celebrating the incredible projects happening throughout Worcester. The gallery will be open for access and refreshments will be served.

✨Worcester Arts Council is proud to announce our 2026 grantees! ✨
We awarded of 54 grants totaling $250,299 in support of arts and cultural programs for 2026! This includes 50 project grants and 4 fellowships.
Congratulations to all the grantees! We can’t wait to see these projects come to life in the year ahead!
