We took eggplant AND tomatoes grown right here in our own Bier Garden and put them together the way nature intended… Eggplant Parm style. 🤌

Crispy breaded eggplant, those beautiful garden tomatoes, plenty of saucy, cheesy goodness, all piled onto a Leidenheimer Po’ Boy roll.
