Hi! My name is Adriana and I love fitness, fashion and beauty đ©· follow me for more
Letâs do a full body workout!
This is day 1 of my week.
Sets and reps are entirely up to you and your experience level so start with 2 to 3 sets, go at your own pace.
Do you workout at home or at the gym?
Maybe I donât want to be exceptional.
Maybe I donât want to spend a year âlocked inâ chasing a dream physique.
Maybe I want to go out to eat. Travel. Have weeks where training isnât my #1 priority. Eat foods because I enjoy them, not because they perfectly fit my macros.
And still lift weights, get stronger, take care of my health AND STILL make progress, look good and feel good âš
I think fitness content has gotten way too comfortable convincing women that if theyâre not constantly optimizing their bodies, theyâre wasting their potential but your body doesnât have to be a never ending improvement project.
Could I be leaner if I were stricter with my diet? Absolutely. I just⊠donât want to be đ
I want balance. I want fitness to ADD to my life, not become my life.
And thatâs what I want the women who follow me to learn too.
Manage your PCOS. Move your body consistently. Get stronger. Eat better (whatever âbetterâ realistically looks like for YOU) and build habits you can actually live with.
Your progress might take longer but youâre allowed to enjoy your life while youâre getting there đ©·
If youâre tired of fitness advice that makes you feel like youâre never doing enough, follow me. We do things a little differently over here đ©·
In the era of skinny, choose to do cool s**t and challenge yourself to get stronger, faster, more athletic and build some muscle.
In an effort to avoid shopping for clothes I DONT NEED BUT I JUST WANT đ€đœ Iâm going through my closet and recreating Pinterest outfits! And itâs actually working?!!!
Like this outfit, I love it! Itâs casual but I feel like I look a little bit more put together, still comfortable but cute. You tell me!
Do you think itâs a vibe? Or what would you change? And if you are going through a shopaholic break like me, I hope you try this!!
You can have PCOS without ovarian cysts, you can have PCOS without insulin resistance⊠like literally, 2 women with PCOS can have completely different symptoms. It is really confusing.
Those little âcystsâ we hear about are actually follicles that havenât progressed normally through ovulation, which is only ONE piece of a much bigger hormonal picture.
And IF insulin resistance is part of your PCOS, Iâm gonna beg you to LIFT WEIGHTS đ©· Your muscles use glucose for energy when you lift and building more muscle can help improve insulin sensitivity over time, to me thatâs a win win đ
I know not losing weight can feel discouraging and if medication works for you, great!!! But try building muscle! Itâs more of a time investment rather than a money investment but it will be worth it đ©·
Put in the work, eat well, lift some weights and give yourself time!!!
Send it to the PCOS baddie in your life.

I may or may not have stalked Megan Thee Stallionâs workouts for research purposes.
And one thing I noticed is her training is INTENSE.
You canât exercise your way into someone elseâs genetics, bone structure or exact body shape. BUT you can absolutely change your proportions by strategically building muscle.
Want fuller glutes? Train them with enough volume and progressive overload.
Want more shape through your lower body? Build your glutes AND your legs.
Want to feel athletic? Your training needs to reflect that goal too.
The biggest mistake I see women make is finding a body they love and trying to copy random exercises instead of understanding WHY that person trains the way they do.
Your workouts should be built for YOUR body, YOUR goals and YOUR starting point đđŒ
If youâre ready to stop guessing and want me to build your training around your specific goals, apply for my 1:1 coaching through the link in my bio đ or comment COACHING and Iâll send you the link to apply.
