Sunset in Alaska

Missing already these incredible human beings. Thank you for so many good memories, your kindness and your friendship! You made me feel in Paris like at home

Sometimes I find crowds to be very amusing. These scene was a selfie stravaganza, a collective madness were everybody was constantly taking pictures, agonizing and struggling to get proof that they were there, they saw the Gioconda. Most people actually forgot to actually look at it, contemplate it, savor it, and I don't blame them. We all get lost from time to time and our attention drifts taking us away from the present moment. It is just sad that we can be surrounded by the most extraordinary beauty and turn it into yet another dispensable commodity ready to be consumed. Leonardo, please forgive us.
