🤫 Your documentation process deserves maximum security and structure.

We are pleased to introduce the new Documentation feature within our platform. Personal data security is a top priority, and informal channels are no longer compliant with our operational standards.

Key updates for new joiners:

• Country-Specific Compliance: Upon signing your offer, your employee profile will display only the documentation strictly required for your jurisdiction.

• Restricted Access & Data Security: Uploaded documents are accessible exclusively to your assigned recruiter, accountant, and the Truss operations team.

• Centralized Storage: Executed contracts remain permanently accessible within your profile for convenient retrieval at any time.

If you are currently onboarding with us, please log in to your profile to complete your documentation requirements👉

"We get versions of this question a lot: does anyone actually read what I send in?

So we asked Kate, our Head of Recruiting, to answer it straight

Every application gets read by her personally. If you're a fit, she runs the first interview herself and tells you where you stand either way. If it's a yes, she stays with you through every round with the client, usually two or three interviews, keeping feedback moving both directions. Once there's an offer, she handles the paperwork and sticks around after you start.

Not right for this specific role? You stay in the pool for what's next.

🔎Curious what's open right now? Link's in our bio."

A month ago, we brought clients, partners, and friends to Atlanta to watch Uzbekistan play at the FIFA World Cup.🏆

For many of them, it was their first time seeing Uzbekistan compete on a stage like this.

The same thing that put the Uzbekistan national team on that field is happening in its tech scene. A young country, average age 29, producing a new generation of ambitious engineers. And just like the national football team, the world is only starting to notice Uzbekistan's tech talent.

At Truss, we help US companies find, hire, and fully manage engineers from across Central Asia and the Caucasus, without the friction.

🔎 If you're building an engineering team, let us help you find the best talent in the region.

Strategic Expansion: Entering Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬

Some of the most exciting talent markets aren't the ones everyone is talking about yet.
Over the past five years, Kyrgyzstan’s IT service exports to the U.S. have grown 45-fold, making the United States its top destination for tech exports. It’s no longer just a rising trend - it’s a fast-growing tech ecosystem with direct global impact.
That’s why Truss is expanding into Kyrgyzstan.

We believe exceptional hiring starts with understanding the people and markets behind the talent. This expansion reinforces our long-term commitment to Central Asia: connecting leading U.S. companies with world-class professionals while opening up global opportunities across the region.
We’re thrilled to welcome Kyrgyzstan to the Truss network! 🚀
