Behind every project at Enclave is a person with a story to tell.

Today, we’re introducing Meet Our Engineer, a new series where we get to know the people behind Enclave, their journeys, experiences, and perspectives on life as an engineer.

And our first story starts with Duc (Raith) T. NGUYEN, one of Enclave’s newest AI Engineers and a graduate of Bootcamp-XIX.
Enclave Bootcamp is a six-month program designed for final-year IT and software students, giving young engineers the chance to learn through real project experience, mentorship, teamwork, and plenty of challenges along the way.

After completing Bootcamp-XIX, Raith officially joined Enclave as an AI Engineer, turning his internship journey into the beginning of his professional career.

And here’s a small detail we love: Bootcamp-XIX also marks Enclave’s 19th year. Each Bootcamp carries the number of the company’s year, making every class part of our journey too.

CELEBRATING THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE JOURNEY

Behind every milestone is a story of growth, contribution, shared challenges, and countless moments that have helped shape Enclave into what it is today.

During our 19th anniversary celebration, we were proud to recognize colleagues who have reached 5, 10, and 15 years of service with Enclave. Their commitment represents something we deeply value: continuity.

Our consistently low annual attrition has always been one of Enclave’s strengths. Many of our engineers have chosen to grow their careers with us over the years, building deep expertise, lasting relationships, and valuable knowledge that stays within our teams and ultimately benefits the clients we serve.

For us, retention is more than a number. It reflects a culture where people can keep learning, take on new challenges, and grow alongside the company.

To everyone celebrating a milestone this year: thank you for being part of the Enclave journey and for everything you have contributed along the way.

Next year, Enclave turns 20, and we are already excited to celebrate another major chapter together.

Last Saturday was all about strikes, spares, friendly competition, and lots of laughs.
From the first roll to the final frame, everyone brought their energy and competitive spirit to the lanes. Some came to win, some came to have fun but we all left with great memories.

Enclave Company Retreat 2026 - celebrating 19 incredible years, together.

Last weekend was more than just a getaway; it was a celebration of the people who make Enclave what it is. Thank you to everyone who has been, is, and will continue to be part of this journey as we write the next chapters of Enclave's story.

May the road ahead be filled with meaningful milestones, new opportunities, and many more memories made together.

Our Co-Founder's Vision for the AI Age.

Last week, Enclave had the honor of welcoming our Co-Founder and founding CEO, Mr. Hung (Harry) H. Le, back to our offices in Da Nang and Hue.

At both offices, Harry sat down with our executive team and engineers to share his vision for the AI age, in a talk he called "AI Today and Beyond."

His message was both grounded and energizing. Every wave of technology, from mainframes to PCs to the internet, has followed the same pattern: it shifts old work, then creates far more new demand. AI is no different. The opportunity belongs to those who upgrade.

He also took on the hard question directly: isn't AI different this time? His answer: AI augments before it replaces, and the bar moves up, not away. Architecture, judgment, and accountability still need people. Our best hedge is a skills-first mindset, because what you can do outlasts any single technology.

From an engineer's perspective, the biggest lesson was a reminder of what we actually deliver to our clients. It has never been just code. It is consistent quality, sound architecture, and judgment clients can rely on, sprint after sprint. That engineering value is what drives the business outcome: better service builds trust, trust drives demand, and demand grows the business, for our clients and for us.

Thank you, Harry, for two decades of vision, and for reminding us that luck is what happens when readiness meets opportunity.

Last weekend, we hit pause on work and stepped into a refreshing getaway together at our Enclave OUTING.
From the moment we arrived, it was all about laughter, connection, and enjoying the simple moments whether it was playing games, taking photos, or just relaxing and chatting with each other.
Every smile captured here tells a little story, and together they made up a truly memorable trip. So grateful for these moments and the amazing people who made it all happen.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we gathered for a wonderful morning at the Lighting Decoration Workshop in Enclave - a celebration of women’s talent, imagination, and the joy of creating something meaningful together.
We honor all the incredible women whose dedication continues to inspire Enclave’s journey. May all the incredible women continue to shine with beauty, confidence, happiness, and love - today and always.

The Lunar New Year Party was more than just a celebration - it was a heartfelt reflection of the incredible journey we shared throughout 2025. A year marked by challenges overcome, achievements unlocked, laughter shared, and unforgettable memories - all made possible by the dedication and spirit of every Enclaver.
