Our August Open Customer Service Training concluded today, with 27 participants from government agencies and the private sector successfully completing the two-day professional development programme.
The closing ceremony featured remarks from Samoa Qualifications Authority (SQA) ACEO, Afioga Faumuina Fiti Savea, who spoke on behalf of SQA as the authority responsible for recognising this professional community training programme. He congratulated the participants on their successful completion and encouraged them to apply the knowledge and skills gained in their respective workplaces to help elevate customer service standards across Samoa.
Faumuina also acknowledged EMD for its continued commitment to partnering with government agencies, businesses and organisations to strengthen customer service capability and drive a culture of service excellence throughout Samoa.
