We are proud to be the Naming Rights Sponsor of the SAMOA IBFC Universal Weightlifting Cup 2026, which will be held in Apia, Samoa from the 25th April – 1st May 2026.

The competition will welcome over 700 athletes and officials from more than 70 countries. This will be one of the largest international sporting events ever hosted in Samoa, showcasing our strength and global sporting spirit.

Together with the Samoa Weightlifting Federation Inc., Samoa IBFC is honored to stand alongside our athletes and community in hosting this historic event.

This decision recognises Samoa’s sustained commitment to robust regulation, enhanced transparency, and full alignment with internationally accepted standards. Years of focused reform and legislative strengthening including the landmark Miscellaneous (Removal of Tax Exemption for International Companies) Amendment Act 2026, demonstrate Samoa’s resolve to operate as a credible, compliant, and forward-looking international financial services jurisdiction.

This achievement reinforces confidence in Samoa’s financial sector, deepens international partnerships, and positions our jurisdiction for sustainable growth.
