AdUVISORY

In view of the announced transport strikes by PISTON and Manibela, the University is implementing the following schedules:

Basic Education (Preschool–SHS):
• September 28 (Mon.) - Online synchronous (due to strike)
• September 29 (Tue.) - Online synchronous (due to strike)

College:
• September 28 (Mon.) - Online synchronous (as scheduled)
• September 29 (Tue.) - Online synchronous (as scheduled)

Should the announced transport strike proceed on September 30, 2026 (Activity Day), scheduled activities may be conducted online, where feasible. Otherwise, they may be rescheduled to the immediately following Saturday in accordance with VPAA Memo No. 39, S. 2026, “Guidelines on the Conduct of Activity Day,” and subject to its applicable provisions. For classes scheduled on the same day, the online synchronous modality shall be observed.

Onsite office operations will proceed as usual.

Please be guided accordingly.

The Administration

The LRC successfully completed the Information Literacy Sessions - Module 1 for 33 sections of Purposive Communication classes from September 24 to 25, 2026.
