Started out as a 17 year old in a corporate, when she left school it was very clear from the start to everyone that met her that Shona was hard working and was willing to learn anything. She quickly got noted for her hard work and got promoted to team leader within 3 years of working. 5 years later became a manager, now almost 28 years later, having worked in the same Bank for all this time Shona realized that there is a need. That need came from noting that success in an industry comes from putting the people first. Shona was remarked, in the bank that she worked in, as the people's manager and has been responsible for stopping multiple retrenchments through finding alternative solutions. It is clear that when it comes to a love for people, Shona takes the prize every time. Shona has been using her expertise through a 28 year journey to start her own solution for business and companies. She has endeavored to help corporate companies, big businesses, small businesses and employees a like to find effective solutions that would result in greater success for that company through working with the employees and teaching the leaders of the industry what they need to do in order to achieve success for everyone, on a much larger scale!
