WE'RE HIRING — GRAPHIC DESIGNER
📍 Benoni, Gauteng | Full-time

Vida 1 Signage is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.

We manufacture and install signage for retail clients across South Africa. If you can turn a brief into print-ready artwork that ends up 6 metres wide on a building, we want to see your work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Designing signage artwork — fascias, light boxes, pylons, window vinyl and in-store branding
Preparing production-ready files for print, cut and CNC
Working accurately within client brand guidelines
Producing mock-ups and visuals for client approval
Working to deadlines alongside our production and installation teams

WHAT YOU NEED

2+ years' experience in graphic design (signage, large-format or print environment preferred)
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator and SketchUp
Solid understanding of scale, bleed, colour management and print-ready setup
Ability to read and work from site measurements and drawings
Own transport and a valid driver's licence
Based in or able to work from Benoni, Gauteng
Relevant qualification an advantage

BONUS POINTS FOR

Experience with vinyl cutting / CNC file prep
3D visualisation or mock-up rendering
Retail or FMCG brand experience

Flexible enough to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities at once
Solution-driven, with a proactive approach to challenges rather than focusing on problems
