Fisher Training works with businesses and training organisations to explore practical training arrangements that suit their needs.

Whether you’re planning for a corporate workforce or an institutional training programme, the conversation starts with your requirements.

A roadworks project, an earthworks operation and a material-handling site don’t all need the same operator skills. 🚜

Different projects call for different equipment, experience and workforce requirements.

That’s why recruitment should start with understanding the work that needs to be done—not simply filling a position.

OP Connect brings employers and operators together, helping create connections around the needs of the industry.

**Build your team around the work—not the other way around.**

An operator’s job title is only the beginning of the story.

When considering a candidate, employers may need to look at machine experience, qualifications, work history, location and availability to understand how that person could fit their requirements.

The right information helps create better conversations and more informed hiring decisions.

**A job title tells you what someone does. A complete profile helps you understand what they bring.**

Successful projects are never the result of one person or one machine.

They're built by teams that communicate effectively, plan ahead, prioritise safety, invest in continuous learning, and work together towards a common goal.

High-performing operators are only one piece of the puzzle—but they're an essential one.

Because great projects are built by great teams.
