Look at the companies involved. It starts with a change in mindset, working together. We have been preaching the concept of working together, especially in Bohlokong Township, Bethlehem, for years, but it still hasn’t sunk in.
It is worth noting that the people who make real money are the owners of equipment.

This clip tells you everything about Africa. The sorrow of a beautiful continent.
As we drive through cities such as Johannesburg, as we often do to seek inspiration, we come across major companies, many of them owned by other races. Some are billion rand businesses that started operating only 10 or so years ago.
Take the story of Kim Reid, who started Takealot in 2011. Today, it is a billion dollar business.
SYSTEM!
Meanwhile, in our townships, many of us started our businesses 20 or 30 years ago, yet we are still classified as SMMEs. And somehow, this is celebrated.
We have the ideas.
We have the manpower.
We have the knowledge.
We have the talent.
Sadly all this ends in a bin.
As the President say, “Money is not the problem in Africa.”
What are we going to do about it. NOTHING!!
