Roomify SA

We are officially expanding the Roomify model from Joburg to Cape Town. We just secured a 6-bedroom single-family home in University Estate, right on the mountainside of Table Mountain. We are completely repurposing this space into a premium co-living asset optimized for young professionals and students. Watch the transformation as we prep the house and load in our digital tenant bundle, including free Netflix and Apple Music available to everyone who pays rent on time.

Traditional co-living fails because nobody cleans the communal kitchen. We aren't just putting beds in this Auckland Park house; we are installing a service layer. Every Roomify room comes with weekly professional cleaning for all shared spaces. We manage the environment so you never have to deal with a chore chart again.

The worst part of house sharing is arguing over split utility bills and dealing with terrible internet. As we stage this Auckland Park property, we are installing uncapped Wi-Fi and bundling all utilities—water, electricity, and internet—into one flat monthly rate. No hidden fees, no surprise R2,000 electricity bills.

Standard houses are built for one family to pay massive rent. We hack the floor plan. We are taking this massive, empty property in Auckland Park and repurposing the existing layout into a highly efficient multi-room co-living space. By optimizing the space, we drastically lower the rent per person. Here is the raw walkthrough before the furniture arrives.

Right now, it is just empty rooms and dust. In a few months, this Auckland Park property will be a fully bundled Roomify co-living space. We are bringing modern appliances, uncapped Wi-Fi, and weekly cleaning to one of the biggest student and young professional hubs in the city. Tenants who pay rent on time will get complimentary access to (Netflix Premium, Apple TV, Apple Music and Youtube Premium Video & Music.) Here is the raw day-one walkthrough before the real work begins.
