We are looking for a 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 and 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙠 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙧 to oversee theatre stock, manage daily billing, and provide essential clerical support across our theatre complexes.

𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
• Exceptional communication, professional telephone etiquette, and composure under pressure
• A nursing qualification or prior secretarial/stock control experience in healthcare is an added advantage.
• Flexibility to work across wards on a rotational basis and provide ward clerk relief when needed

In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, maintain rigorous patient-care standards, manage unit staffing, and ensure seamless interdepartmental and doctor liaison within our private hospital environment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

- Degree/Diploma in General Nursing Science (Midwifery recommended; SANC registered)
- Post Basic Diploma in Critical Care Nursing Science (essential)
- Post Basic Diploma in Nursing Management (strongly recommended)
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, with substantial private sector ICU expertise
- Proven leadership background; prior HOD experience is an added advantage
- Strong medic-legal, operational, and inventory management capabilities
