This month’s Member of the Month is someone who has been part of our community for years!! Our amazing Phindi. 💫

For years, Phindi has shown us what consistency really looks like. She shows up day after day (twice a day four times a week!). Training isn’t something she tries to fit in - it’s something she has chosen to make a priority!

But what makes Phindi so special isn’t just how hard she trains. It’s who she is.

She brings kindness, warmth, encouragement and a smile that makes everyone around her feel welcome. Her CROFam is her second family!

Phindi, thank you for showing up, for working hard, for cheering others on and for simply being you. You remind us every day that the little things done consistently make the biggest difference.

CrossFit Rising Oak raises over R40 000 for children affected by cancer | Fourways Review Instead of competing only for bragging rights, CrossFit Rising Oak athletes spent six gruelling hours pushing their limits to celebrate a community effort that has already raised funds for families affected by childhood cancer.
