DMC - Garden Route

Little movers, important milestones! 🌟🐭

The DMC Tots Programme uses music, dance and playful movement to support toddlers as they grow and develop.

Each age-appropriate class encourages coordination, balance, rhythm and body awareness—while giving little ones a fun and positive introduction to dance.

Rhythm is an important part of a child’s development.

By listening to music and matching movements to the beat, children practise timing, concentration and careful listening. Dance Mouse makes learning these skills active, enjoyable and age-appropriate. 🧠⚡

Dance gives children opportunities to practise moving their arms, legs and body together in a controlled way.

Through age-appropriate movement exercises and dance routines, Dance Mouse helps children develop coordination while having fun and enjoying music. 🐭⭐

Happy Women’s Day to all our wonderful dance moms! 🌸🩷
May you be celebrated today for the strong, loving and inspiring women you are.

The benefits are Enor'Mouse! 🐭✨

Dance is about so much more than learning steps. Every Dance Mouse class helps children build confidence, coordination, balance, strength, creativity and social skills; all while having fun in a positive and encouraging environment.

As they dance, they grow into confident movers, creative thinkers and happy little humans. 💛 The biggest milestones often begin with the smallest steps.

Behind every Dance Mouse class is a thoughtfully developed syllabus that supports children through every stage of their dance journey. 🌟

Designed with growing bodies and curious minds in mind, our programme builds coordination, musicality, confidence and essential movement skills in an engaging, age-appropriate way. As children progress, they develop strong foundations while discovering the joy of movement in every class.
