We’re doing it all over again this October — 4 b**rs. 4 x 400m. One very entertaining afternoon.

Here’s how it works:

🏃 Run 400m
🍺 Drink another b**r
🏃 Run another 400m
…and repeat until you’ve conquered 4 b**rs + 1.6km.

There’ll be prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Male and Female, plus Best Dressed — so speed isn’t your only chance at glory.

Some meals don’t need much of an introduction… 10 garlic butter & peri-peri prawns, finished over the fire and served with a char-grilled mielie and your choice of side.

We’ve paired ours with putu pap & chakalaka, but if you’re after something lighter—a side salad is always a great choice.

Our Asian-style pork belly salad brings it all together.

Slow-roasted pork belly served on baby gem and spinach with crisp apple, juicy grapes, pecan nuts and a creamy blue cheese yoghurt dressing on the side. One of those salads that’s satisfying enough to be the main event.
