CoC Annexure 1 & Test Reports
A detailed look at the legal responsibilities behind issuing a Certificate of Compliance, the Registered Person and Electrical Contractor declarations, scope of certification, supporting test reports and correct completion.
β
Loop Testing & PSCC
A deeper technical discussion around earth-fault loop impedance, testing requirements and prospective short-circuit current.
β
V-0-V Connections
Practical discussion around V-0-V connections, alternative supplies and their application within current standards.
A big thank you to everyone who attended, participated and submitted questions. The level of engagement once again showed just how valuable open technical discussion is within our industry.

β‘ MONDAY INSPIRATION | BE READY
In our industry, we know that things do not always go according to plan.
A simple job can suddenly become a major fault. Equipment can fail. Clients can become frustrated. Circumstances can change in an instant.
Life works much the same way.
The question is not whether challenges will come β the question is how we will react when they do.
Galatians 5:22β23 reminds us of the Fruit of the Spirit:
Love. Joy. Peace. Patience. Kindness. Goodness. Faithfulness. Gentleness. Self-control.
These qualities become most visible when we are under pressure.
Just like an electrical installation reveals its weaknesses when load is applied, pressure often reveals what has been developing inside us.
This week, donβt only pray for an easier road. Pray that God prepares you for whatever the road may bring.
Be ready.
Stay grounded.
Respond with faith. πβ‘

β‘ MONDAY INSPIRATION: CHANGE β‘
Sometimes the hardest part of moving forward is accepting that something needs to change.
In the electrical industry, we understand this well.
An old installation may still be working. The lights still switch on, the plugs still have power and everything appears fine⦠but there comes a time when the installation needs to be upgraded to meet current standards and prepare it for the years ahead.
Life can be exactly the same.
We become comfortable with our routines, our habits and the way we have always done things. But sometimes progress requires change.
And change can be uncomfortable because it often means stepping away from what we know and entering something unfamiliar.
That is where faith comes in. π
We may not always know what lies ahead, but we can trust the One who does.
π βSee, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?β β Isaiah 43:19
Maybe the old season wasn't bad.
Maybe it served its purpose.
But that doesn't mean it was meant to last forever.
This week, ask yourself:
β‘ What needs upgrading in my life?
β‘ What habits or thinking are holding me back?
β‘ Where is God asking me to trust Him and step into something new?
The old installation may still work β but sometimes progress requires an upgrade.
