✨ 8 Years of Paws On Route ✨

Eight years ago, a mother and her daughter took a leap of faith.

Charmaine and Sanchia took over Paws On Route when Sanchia was just 19 years old, having only worked at the salon for two years. We had big dreams, but no idea just how much hard work, sacrifice, and faith it would take to get here.

Back then, our little parlour was tiny. We had so few clients that some months we barely made enough to cover the rent, let alone pay ourselves a salary. Our daycare was quiet, and there were many days where we questioned if we'd make it.

But we kept showing up.

We kept believing.

We kept putting every ounce of love into every dog that walked through our doors.

Over the years, you've watched us grow. From a small grooming salon into a business with a thriving daycare, boarding, and a wonderful community of clients who have become family.

To every single client who trusted us with your precious pups, recommended us to friends, supported us during the hard times, and celebrated the good times with us—thank you.

And to every dog who has wagged their tail through our doors, stolen our hearts, made us laugh, and reminded us why we do what we do... thank you for making this journey so incredibly special.

Eight years later, we're still here. Still learning. Still growing. Still dreaming even bigger than before.
