A human hair is about 70 microns thick, but in precision machining even that can be considered a large measurement.

We use lathes, milling machines and advanced 2-axis, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines to manufacture accurate steel components for a wide range of applications. Every part is carefully measured using calibrated equipment and produced according to our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Our design team can also create the technical drawings when needed, while our dedicated precision honing facility helps ensure a smooth, accurate finish and longer component life.
