Dear you

I need to forgive myself for the choices I’ve made and have patience with my heart as I heal and grow.

It is imperative that I am present for myself. I have to show up for myself, even on the days when I feel lost, tired, or uncertain.

I have to learn to be my own safe place.
I have to choose myself.
I have to believe in myself.
And most importantly, I have to be enough for me.

I don’t have to have everything figured out today. I just need to keep showing up, keep learning, keep forgiving, and keep giving myself the love and patience I deserve.

I am here for me.
I choose me.
I am enough for me.
