So gister was sekkie dag,
en ek het nie onthou nie want wel,
deesdae val baie pap op die grond,
EN julle het my nie herinner nie (jokes on you)

maar ‘n mediocre woolies bos blomme en ‘happy secretary day’ sal nie kan deug nie,

want hoe kan ‘n mens genoeg dankie sê vir:
-mad admin skills wat eintlik 5 mense se werk doen tussen julle twee
-blomme, kuns, staff morale, boundary bietses (sorry) vir die van ons wat sukkel,
-verjaarsdae onthou, snaakse social media posts, memes for days, eindelose te veel gesels, saam huil, kersversierings, kinders entertain, bubbly fridays, en het ek genoem, nie een van bogenoemde staan in julle werksbeskrywinge nie.

Mish en Alich, ons is vir julle eindeloos lief en waardeer julle so. Ek is so dankbaar julle het nog vasgebyt met ons klomp.

Dr Wouie Basson is officially consulting from Hermanus Family Practice🫶

Dr Wouie is a compassionate mental health practitioner dedicated to providing accessible, patient-centred care. With over 10 years of experience across the public and private sectors, she takes a holistic approach, working collaboratively with each patient to develop personalised treatment plans that support both recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Dr Wouie obtained her MBChB from Stellenbosch University in 2008 and completed her Diploma in Mental Health (SA) in 2016. She has been practising in Hermanus since 2023 and consults both in person and virtually.

We are so happy to have her with us and to support our patients’ mental health with an evidence based, supportive approach.
