Sometimes the hardest part isn’t fixing the leak… it’s getting to it. 💧🔧
Today’s repair had us squeezing through a tight roof space with barely enough room to move. It’s hot, dusty, uncomfortable—and definitely not glamorous—but that’s what it takes to get the job done right.
At CorePlumb, we don’t take shortcuts. We go wherever the job takes us to make sure the repair is done properly the first time.
If you’ve got a leak, blocked drain, burst pipe, or any plumbing issue, we’ve got you covered.
📞 Contact CorePlumb today for reliable, professional plumbing you can trust.
💧 Leak located and repaired.
The homeowner reported water coming through the floor tiles, but after investigating, we traced the leak to a faulty HDPE fitting in the service stack. Water was travelling through the brickwork into the ground-floor unit.
The failed fitting was replaced, pressure tested, and the leak was successfully repaired—without unnecessary floor breaking.
