After transitioning from corporate roles at Deloitte and EY, Sue launched The Vegan Chef to make wholesome, vibrant and compassionate food more accessible.

Her work brings together plant-based innovation, entrepreneurship and community-driven markets, showing that ethical food can be generous, joyful and commercially imaginative.
