Our Aftercare learners loved getting creative as they designed their own 3D crepe paper portraits! This hands-on activity encouraged imagination, strengthened fine motor skills, and gave every learner the opportunity to express themselves.

At Curro Halfway Gardens, our Aftercare programme keeps the learning going through play, where creativity, confidence, and new skills continue to grow long after the final bell rings. 💙💛

🎭✨ Grade 6 Takes on the Theatre! ✨

Our Grade 6 learners recently enjoyed an exciting outing to the Roodepoort Theatre to watch The Big Bad Musical!

From vibrant costumes and catchy musical numbers to hilarious scenes and live audience interaction, the performance kept our learners engaged from beginning to end. They laughed, sang along, and eagerly participated, making the experience both entertaining and memorable. Outings like these spark creativity, encourage confidence, and bring learning beyond the classroom to life. 💙🌟

🏆 Outstanding Achievement in Softball! 🥎

A huge congratulations to Maita Muusha and Sanvi Naik on their outstanding achievement of being selected to represent the Johannesburg Softball Association (JSA) following multiple rounds of highly competitive trials!

This incredible accomplishment is a testament to their dedication, perseverance, and passion for the game. Through every stage of the selection process, they showcased exceptional skill, resilience, teamwork, and determination.

A special thank you to our coaches for their unwavering commitment and hard work in preparing our players for success.

We are immensely proud of Maita and Sanvi and wish them every success as they represent JSA this season. We know they will continue to make their families and the Curro Halfway Gardens community proud.
