Maline Aura | By Appointment
Maline’s essence reminded us of a 1950s songstress, that is where we drew inspiration from THEE MARILYN MONROE.
🐳| “Marilyn Monroe’s iconic "blue dye" gown is her spectacular mermaid-style dress from the 1954 musical There's No Business Like Show Business. Designed by William Travilla, the shimmering, floor-length creation fades in an ombre effect from icy white-blue at the bodice down to a deep, rich sapphire-blue at the hem” (LAST SLIDE).
We opted for a toned of gold with a structured bodice, and a high hip tulip shaped hip, layered with soft bridal tulle in an ombré color way finish.

She wore a custom made structured set, constructed on a base of upholstered velvet. We wanted to keep her natural style and essence in the look, but elevated into high fashion.
Royal Blue : deep, vivid, and saturated shade of blue traditionally associated with nobility, wealth, and authority. Named after a dress created for Britain's Queen Charlotte in the late 18th century, the color symbolizes superiority, trustworthiness, and prestige across Western culture and modern design.
Tail feathers: Beauty and Pride: Especially in birds like the peacock, tail feathers symbolize elegance, confidence, and self-expression.
We hand crafted the Ombré of Blue hues by hand, to draw focus on the elements of the tail feathers. Place strategic for the Ombré finish.
