🔥 MINI COOPER S — CHARGE COOLING UPGRADE 🔥

We got to do something a little different on this Mini Cooper S! 🏁

The customer upgraded the supercharger pulley, so we needed to upgrade the charge cooling to handle the extra performance.

Instead of going with the usual uprated top-mount cooler, we designed and fitted a front-mount charge cooler that’s 3.5 TIMES the volume of the stock cooler! 💥

✅ Massive increase in cooler volume
✅ Improved airflow and cooling
✅ Much less heat soak from the engine bay
✅ Better cooling when the car is standing still
✅ Aircon condenser still retained
✅ Uprated injectors fitted

Now it's ready to head over to ATM Chiptuning Garden Route for tuning. 🔧💻

🔥 VW VR6 / R32 / R36 228mm UPRATED CLUTCH KIT FOR SALE 🔥

Complete 228mm uprated clutch kit with lightweight chromoly flywheel.

⚙️ Flywheel weight: Only 10.3 lbs
🚗 Compatibility: VW VR6 / R32 / R36 applications
💰 New replacement price: Around R17,500 at the current exchange rate

The kit has only done around 50–60k's and, as you can see from the photos, the clutch buttons are not even properly bedded in yet.

We removed the kit and replaced it with a Uniclutch purely for improved drivability around town.

We originally planned to use this flywheel with the Uniclutch, so one dowel pin was modified. The dowel can be replaced if required.

We ended up using an aluminium flywheel for the Uniclutch instead, so we're keeping this kit complete and available for sale.

💥 Excellent option for anyone looking for a lightweight, uprated clutch setup for a VR6/R32/R36 build.

🏁🔥 Dirt Oval Midget Header Build! 🔥🏁

We had this Dirt Oval Midget race car in with its Toyota BEAMS engine for a custom exhaust manifold upgrade.

We fabricated one of our 4-1 equal-length step headers, finished off with a proper megaphone to help maximise performance and give it that race-car sound! 💥🏁

The manifold was then ceramic coated in black for heat management, durability and a clean race-ready finish.

Unfortunately, we got a little too busy and forgot to take photos after installing it 🤦‍♂️😂

Now it's ready for tuning and another step closer to being race-ready! 🏁🔥

🔥 Porsche Cayenne 3.0 Diesel – Rear Exhaust Upgrade 🔥

We had this Porsche Cayenne 3.0 Diesel in for a rear exhaust modification. The customer wanted a little more sound without going overboard.

We removed the large factory rear silencer and fabricated a complete new 76mm rear section, using two smaller free-flow silencers. 🏁🔧

The result? A much better, deeper sound and a cleaner-looking rear setup! 🔥
