*YOU GOT YOUR SAUERKRAUT — NOW WHAT? 🥬*

This is not shop sauerkraut. This is REAL, RAW, living food. So you need to keep it alive to keep the goodness alive.

Here is how to look after your jar:

*1. KEEP IT IN THE FRIDGE* ❄️
Always refrigerate. Cold keeps the good bacteria alive and happy.

*2. USE A CLEAN, DRY FORK* 🍴
Never use a wet or used spoon. Always clean and dry.

*3. KEEP IT UNDER THE JUICE*
The brine protects it. Just press it down so it's covered.

*4. DON'T COOK IT!* 🚫
Heat kills the probiotics. Add it to your plate AFTER your food is cooked.

Best part? A good jar lasts months in the fridge and gets even tangier with time!

You invested in your gut — now treat it right.
