Potch Private Rentals

We strive to provide pleasant, safe and affordable rentals for students and young working people in Potchefstroom. We noticed a gap in the market for entry level accommodation in 2002. Most people who stay in rural areas have few options to rent directly in town at affordable prices. Most rental agencies are not geared to deal with communal housing and short term contracts. We have successfully managed to rent out our private property for the last 15 years, and hope to help other potential tenants find their happy place in Potchefstroom.
