Listen, Lazarus was dead for four days but still Jesus was not late. He was waiting until it looked impossible so nobody could take credit. Trust the timing.

Brethren, you may not see your light now but keep walking for there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

I SPEAK INTO YOUR WEEK;
Psalm 1:3 - “And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”

I PROPHESY THIS WEEK, YOU WILL HAVE A REASON TO SMILE. Something good will happen for you. Something will shift in your favor. Something you have been waiting for will begin to move.

I decree, NOTHING WILL DIE IN YOUR HANDS. What God has placed in your hands will live, grow, multiply, and produce results.

I prophesy over your finances, this week, money will not finish in your hands. God will make a way where you cannot see one. New opportunities will open. Helpers will remember you. Your efforts will produce results.

This week, something will change for you. Your finances will improve. Your losses will be restored. Your body will receive strength. Your prayers will produce evidence in Jesus Name.

10 WAYS TO NEVER LOSE YOUR RESPECT AS A LEADER

Respect is one of the most valuable currencies a leader carries. It takes years to build and can be lost in a single moment of fuulishness.

Respect is not given because of your title. It is earned through your conduct. It is maintained through your consistency. Here is what I want you to learn:

1. KEEP TO YOUR WORDS AND PROMISES

The fastest way to lose respect is to say things you do not mean and promise things you do not keep.

When people discover that your word cannot be trusted, they stop taking you seriously even when you are saying something important. If you couldn't keep to your words for any reason, talk about why.

2. DON'T BE UNNECESSARILY AVAILABLE

When you are available to everyone at every minute for everything, people begin to treat you like a convenience. Set boundaries around your time, your space and your energy.

Not out of pride but out of wisdom. What is always available is easily taken for granted by most people.

3. CARRY YOURSELF WITH DIGNITY

How you carry yourself tells people how to treat you. If you dress carelessly, speak carelessly and conduct yourself carelessly, people will handle you carelessly.

This does not mean you must be stiff or unapproachable. It means your speech, appearance and behavior should consistently reflect the weight of the assignment you carry.

4. MINGLE WITH THE GREAT

This is a profound way to be respected. People believe more in leaders who they see mingle with other great leaders they admire.

Post the photos or videos of you with other great ministers of God.

5. DON'T LEAD FROM EMOTION

Emotional leadership is unstable leadership and it loses respect quickly. Train yourself to respond rather than react.

When something angers you, pause before you speak. When something excites you, measure before you move.

6. NEVER FIGHT IN THE OPEN

Whether it is a conflict with another minister, a member who offended you or someone who publicly criticized your ministry, do not fight in the open.

Public fights make both sides look small regardless of who is right. You may win the argument and lose the war. Protect your platform by refusing to turn it into a battleground.

7. LET YOUR PRIVATE LIFE MATCH YOUR PUBLIC MINISTRY

This is the one that silently destroys more leaders than almost anything else. You do not have to be perfect. But you must be genuine.

People can forgive failure. They struggle to forgive hypocrisy. Live what you preach. Preach what you live.

8. NEVER STOP GROWING

Nothing makes a leader lose respect faster than stagnation. The leaders who command lifelong respect are the ones who never stop making progress.

Attend gatherings where you are a student not a speaker. Keep sharpening. Keep pressing. The day you feel you have arrived is the day you begin to fall behind.

9. APOLOGIZE WHEN YOU ARE WRONG

Many leaders think apologizing will make them look weak. It does the opposite.

Arrogance that refuses to apologize does not protect your respect. It quietly erodes it.

10. HONOR OTHER LEADERS

How you treat other leaders especially those outside your ministry tells your people volumes about your character.

The leader who honors others generously creates a culture of honor around their own life.
