July 2026 WEEK 4

A couple of goals set out for July 2026
👷🏾‍♀️Team chemistry ✅
👷🏾‍♀️ Reduce the efficiencies of one of our levers by 10%, we achieved 40% reduction
👷🏾‍♀️ Run on plan for one of our levers - only started achieving it yesterday 2 days before closing of this month 😂 and it’s win for me ✅ (that was a fight)
👷🏾‍♀️ Achieve one of KPIs on plan - to be confirmed 👀

Yoooooo what a crazy month so SO MANY OBSTACLES… oooo but what a God! Thank you Jesus Christ for every victory 💪🏽🔥

Today we planned as a team for August and what I can say is THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT 😎

As we finish strong the month of July, we look forward to what August has in store for us 🙌

What a bold statement.

What a mentally stretching week.
Hard times expose character.

This week I’ve been challenged on my convictions.
We often rely so much on those who have gone before us for guidance, but there comes a time in the work place where every advise needs to tested by your personal convictions and adjusted accordingly.

And what I’ve learn this week is that not every good intention will be received as that because people’s frameworks are so different.

This week I had to stand by my personal heart posture which is clean hands and pure heart.
That even if things are misunderstood I know who I am in Christ.

Today as a team we finishing the week strong. 💪🏽 🔥
Moral of the story don’t let a setback let you shrink and hide in a wine press.

Keep pushing. Let the dream keep reminding why you do what you.

My pastor once said … your dreams can change a whole city 🌆 yooooo just imagine 😅

The comeback means more than the setback.

Never tap out of the race.
Run into the storm and stand!!!!!

Your dreams are valid. And the dream is worth the fights and misunderstanding but you’ll eventually land at the same position which winning as a team🏆

Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall inherit the earth. So always choose the route that lands you and the team at peace ✌🏻 and unity 🫂

I’m definitely a mentally stronger, wiser, smarter and a more resilient metallurgist than I was last week this time 😅😂

JULY 2026: WEEK 1

This week we were closing off the month of June.

Also we kept chasing deadlines 😂 no ways July we cannot be running around like this but we’ve put better systems in place to easily flow for the next month end.

Today makes two months of being part of the team.
I’m grateful for the job I have and the work we get to do.

The goal we’ve set for ourselves is quite high. Also we set the bar so high in June. Good thing there is still A LOT of room for growth. I’m really looking forward to smashing the June results and setting a new bar in July.

It’s not easy but with Jesus Christ at the center of it all, great focus and team work surely the dream will also work.
