Moving forward….

How do you feel when you say the word “No”

“No” is not a rejection of a person. It’s a decision about a specific request or situation. It’s about creating a life that reflects your true priorities and values. It’s about preserving your energy for what truly matters.
And ultimately, it’s about being able to give your fullest “yes” to the things that light you up and bring you joy.
