We are proud to be leading a major multi-component expansion for Zambia Sugar, delivering innovative structural steel solutions across three key project scopes:
🏗️ Warehouse Expansion – In partnership with Suscon Construction Solutions Limited, we are erecting a brand-new warehouse to support the client's growing operational needs.
🏗️ Conveyor Support Structure – Supplying and installing the structural steel for a primary mechanical conveyor tower, which will connect to multiple secondary conveyor towers and gantries.
🏗️ Warehouse & Crane Extension – In partnership with Stefanutti Stocks, we are extending an existing multi-storey warehouse and its 50-ton overhead gantry crane, enabling the crane to operate seamlessly throughout the enlarged facility. The scope also includes the er****on of external access stairs and an oil tank support structure.
Every project presents its own unique challenges, and this one is no exception. Extending an existing structure reminds us that sometimes the greatest challenge isn't building something new, but making the old fit the future.
To us, every project is more than steel and concrete—it's an opportunity to engineer solutions that stand the test of time.

We are pleased to announce that we have officially broken ground on our latest project in Saxenburg, Cape Town! We have been commissioned to deliver a complete structural envelope for a new 1,500 m² warehouse that will be used as industrial rental spaces.
Our specialized scope of work on this project showcases our structural capabilities:
Custom Pre-Engineering: Designing the structural framework to optimize space, strength, and utility.
Roofing & Cladding Installation: We will be utilizing Springlok from Youngman Roofing for superior roof sheeting performance, paired with their Diamondek for robust, modern cladding. We will also be installing high-capacity seamless gutters and advanced insulation systems to ensure long-term thermal efficiency and weather protection.
We are planning on completing this modern industrial space by mid August.
