We blame politicians for everything.

But how many of us vote with anger, tribe, handouts, or noise instead of asking for competence?

Why is Zambia still testing drivers in manual cars when most people are now driving automatics?

Are we testing driving ability, or are we testing clutch control?

Before we ask why leaders keep disappointing us, we should ask:

What type of citizens keep choosing them?

I think and hope you know that;

After 35 or after marriage, risk starts looking different.

It’s not that you become weak but life just educates you. Bills, family, responsibilities, reputation and experience all start speaking louder than ambition.

Whether educated or not, combined knowledge makes you calculate too much. You no longer jump the way you used to.

That’s why many people who made it big took their boldest risks before 30. Their first million came when they still had more courage than caution.
