Alexander Chiteme

My fellow citizens of Nkana Constituency,

Today, I stand before you with a heart full of gratitude and humility. This victory is not mine alone—it belongs to the people of Nkana.

First and foremost, I give all glory and honour to Almighty God for giving us strength, wisdom and victory throughout this journey.

I sincerely thank the people of Nkana for believing in me, for standing with me, and for giving me the privilege to serve you as your Member of Parliament for the second time. Your vote is a great responsibility, and I will never take it for granted.

To my campaign team, volunteers, supporters, friends and family—thank you for your tireless work, sacrifices and commitment. You believed in this vision even when the road was difficult.

To those who voted differently, I want you to know that you are also part of Nkana. There is only one Nkana, and together we must build a better constituency for everyone.

This victory is not a licence to celebrate and forget our promises. It is a call to work harder. I will dedicate myself to improving the lives of our people, creating opportunities for our young people, supporting women, empowering families and ensuring that the concerns of Nkana are heard at Parliament.

I promise to serve with humility, integrity and courage. My door will remain open, and your voice will always matter.

Let us put politics aside and unite for development. Let us build a Nkana where every person can have hope for a better tomorrow.

Tonight, we celebrate victory—but tomorrow, the real work begins.

Thank you, Nkana, for believing in me.

God bless you. God bless Nkana. And God bless the Republic of Zambia.

Victory belongs to the people!
