Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the leasing and occupancy of residential properties.
* Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations with contractors and service providers.
* Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements professionally.
* Follow up rent collection and monitor arrears.
* Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records.
* Market vacant properties and coordinate viewings with prospective tenants.
* Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations and company policies.
* Oversee inventory management for furnished properties.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in property Management & real estate is an added advantage
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively.
* Valid driver’s license (preferred).
