We are pleased to reshare this important initiative hosted by Arrupe Jesuit University in partnership with Deep Learning IndabaX.
As Artificial Intelligence continues to transform industries, economies, and the future of work, it is critical that Zimbabwe equips its workforce with the skills, knowledge and adaptability needed to thrive in an AI-driven world.
This conference brings together academia, industry leaders, policymakers, innovators and young professionals to explore the opportunities and challenges presented by AI, while identifying practical pathways for workforce development, innovation, and economic growth.
At BOOST Fellowship, we believe that preparing young people for the future of work requires embracing emerging technologies, fostering digital skills, and creating opportunities for continuous learning.
We encourage students, educators, entrepreneurs, and professionals to engage with this important conversation shaping Zimbabwe's future.

The event brought together students and industry professionals to discuss career readiness, workplace expectations, professional growth, and the skills required to thrive in today's evolving job market.
This marks the beginning of a journey to equip tertiary students with the knowledge, confidence, and industry exposure needed to transition successfully from learning to earning.
