Rounding out the fourth and FINAL Open House of this school year!

First, it was Open House at my school for our 1st and 2nd graders. Then ZHS with Kingston. And now… NMS with Christian.

I walked his entire schedule, met his teachers, checked out the classrooms, and basically got the full Christian-school-day experience. 😂 I even started the evening exactly where he starts his day — sitting in HIS desk in English class. Of course I had to take a picture. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Being an educator means I spend a whole lot of time on one side of Open House, so I really enjoy getting to switch hats and just be Mom for a minute.

Four Open Houses later, I think I’ve officially earned my diploma in Back-to-School Night. 😂🎓

And just like that… Open House season is CLOSED! ✅

He was officially inducted into the National Junior Beta Club and I couldn’t be more proud of him. Watching him continue to grow academically, step into leadership, and work toward his goals is such a blessing.

Christian, keep pushing, keep believing in yourself, and keep showing the world what you’re capable of. This is only the beginning! 📚🏅👏🏾
